Terms and conditions
The rules of the service: what you are buying, what you can publish, and what happens when either of us wants to leave.
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This is a translation of the Portuguese text, which is the one that binds: if the two ever disagree, the Portuguese prevails.
1Who provides the service
The controller is devlisca, which runs mostraa.me. For anything to do with this, including your rights, write to [email protected].
By creating an account or publishing a page you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, the service is not for you, and there is nothing wrong with that.
2What mostraa.me is
A page at a short address, with your contacts, links, hours and images, which you change yourself whenever you like. We give you the address, the panel to edit it and the hosting. The content is yours.
3Your account
Accounts come from an invitation, from us or from your company’s administrator. There is no sign-up open to the public.
The password is yours and your responsibility. If you suspect someone has gotten into your account, tell us and we will deal with it. Each person has their own login: shared accounts take away our ability to know who did what.
4Plans and payment
The individual plan costs €49 a year and covers one page. The team plan costs €149 a year, includes the company’s page and five more people, and each person after that costs €35 a year. Prices do not include VAT.
The invoice is yearly and sent by email. The service is active once it is paid.
5Renewal and ending
The plan lasts a year and only continues if you renew it. We tell you before it ends.
If you do not renew, the page goes offline. The address stays reserved for you for 30 days, in case you change your mind or have a QR code printed somewhere. After that it may be given to someone else.
You can leave whenever you like. In that case the page goes offline at once and we do not refund the rest of the year, except as set out in clause 9.
6What you can publish
The content remains yours. You only give us permission to host it and show it, which is what the service does.
By publishing, you guarantee that you have the right to what you put there. This applies above all to pictures of people and to brands or logos that are not yours.
It may not include:
- illegal content, or content inciting hatred or violence;
- other people’s personal data without their knowledge;
- material that is not yours and that you have no license to use;
- scams, fake payment schemes or false identities.
If anything like this appears on a page, we take it offline and tell you. In serious cases we close the account without refunding what was paid.
7Team pages
On a team plan, whoever signs up decides who joins, who leaves and what is published about each person. Under data protection law, the company is the controller of that data and we process it on its behalf.
The company guarantees to us that it has informed the people concerned and that it has a legal basis for publishing what it publishes. Each member runs their own page; the company can remove their access, and in that case the page stays with the company.
8Availability
We do our best to keep everything online all the time, but we do not promise a percentage, because it would be a promise that does not depend on us alone. For maintenance that requires stopping anything, we tell you beforehand.
We keep copies of the database, and it is still worth keeping your texts and images somewhere else too.
9If you are a consumer
As an individual contracting outside your professional activity, you have 14 days from signing up to withdraw without giving a reason. Write to [email protected] and we will refund what you paid.
If you asked us to start right away and the page was already online within those 14 days, we deduct the part proportional to what you have already used.
10Liability
We are responsible for what the service does. We are not responsible for the content you publish, nor for what happens on third-party sites your page links to.
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms removes the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
11Changes
We may change these terms. If the change is relevant, we tell you by email 30 days in advance, and if you do not agree you can leave and get back the part of the year you have not yet used.
12Law and disputes
Portuguese law applies. If there is a dispute we cannot settle between us, the courts of the district of Lisbon have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rules that protect consumers.
As a consumer you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. The list is at consumidor.gov.pt, and the European online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will answer.
